When Arnold Escanilla was losing his hearing 4 years ago, he sought medical
help. However, all that the doctor could do for him was handing him a
pair of hearing aids.His condition deteriorated over the years to complete
deafness in both ears.
His handicap impacted him at his workplace where
he was a janitor. Miscommunication often occurred with colleagues and
family
members.
Arnold's friend who heard about the Manila Miracle Revival
urged him to attend. He was plagued by doubts but he knew he had nothing
to lose.
On the third and final night of the crusade, Arnold
walked into the auditorium and immediately felt hope rising in his heart.
After the healing prayer, he began hearing noises, soft at first, but
became louder progressively. With joy in his heart, he realized that he
had been touched by the greatest Physician the world has ever known! Arnold
later stepped forth during the salvation call to receive Jesus Christ
as his Lord and Savior.
