| Healed from Constant Back Pain |
|
For 10 years, Zee Chris suffered constant pain in her back and neck. She consulted Chinese physicians regularly but the treatments brought about little improvement in her condition. Only painkillers of strong dosage could provide temporary relief but the pain invariably returned.
In her early teens, Chris left church primarily because of her disappointment with God; she felt that God did not answer her prayer.
One day, she received a phone call from Agnes Wong, one of her insurance clients. Agnes confessed that she had received Jesus in her heart at Lighthouse Evangelism. Since then, Agnes had frequently shared with Chris about her faith and her church.
In mid-February 2003, Chris felt God's presence on a few occasions. At times, His presence was so strong that she thought He was just sitting next to her. Subsequently, on one miraculously day, while Chris was on her way down an escalator in Suntec City, all of a sudden she thought of Agnes and decided to call her up. As soon as she reached the landing, Agnes appeared before her! Chris knew that it was a divine appointment and agreed to come to church with Agnes.
On March 15, 2003, Chris attended the Miracle Service. However, throughout that week, she had several fainting spells and fever. Unperturbed, she walked into the Sanctuary still feeling dizzy. She was very moved by the worship songs and fought to hold back her emotions. But when Pastor Rony made the Salvation call, tears just rolled down her cheeks as she stepped forward to respond to the call. Chris finally came back to the Lord after more than 20 years. Immediately after the healing prayer, Chris felt refreshed and the dizziness left her since. One week later, Chris realized that her back pain had totally subsided. Even her neck pain had also reduced significantly. Amen!
