Eight-year-old Gracie was born mute. When she was 6 years old, her doctor recommended an operation. She did not undergo the operation because her family could not afford the fee. Anger rose in the heart of Gracie's mother. She could not comprehend why God had given her a mute child. Bitterness overcame her and for many years, she did not want to believe even the existence of God.
A friend heard that Pastor Rony would be preaching and praying for the sick in a local church. Excitedly, the friend shared this piece of good news with Gracie's family.
Gracie and her mother came to the crusade on the first night. After the mass healing prayer, God loosened Gracie's tongue. She began to utter her first syllable. She came back to the crusade the second night and received further improvement. By the third night, she was able to speak in full sentences.
She went to the stage to testify that Jesus had healed her completely by speaking. Her mother was no longer bitter towards God. Instead, her faith in God was renewed because of the loving kindness of Jesus.
