Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Ticketing

What is the age group that Sparklight caters for?
We have classes for your children who are aged 30 months to 12 years old.

I have a child who is younger than 30 months, what should I do?
You will still need to book a ticket under Sparklight, to attend the English service in the Manger which is located at the Nissi room, B1.

Which zone will I be assigned to?
You will be assigned to the Orange Zone that facilitates the picking up of your children who are attending the physical classes.

Why does this ticketing system only allow 1 accompanying parent to book a ticket?
Due to the limitations of 50 tickets in each Zone, only ONE parent/guardian is allowed to drop off and pick up your children from the Sparklight classrooms. Other adult family members will be required to book their tickets separately via the usual ticketing system for Sunday Services.

How long does it take for me to receive the tickets after booking them online?
The tickets with QR codes and attendees’ names will be sent to your email account as soon as you have successfully booked them online.

What happens if my child is unable to attend the physical classes in church at 9am?
During this transitionary period back to church, your child may attend the combined Zoom class online, which will be held every Sunday from 2pm-2.45pm. However, please note that this will be a combined class for all age-groups.

Can I book tickets by calling the church office or sending an email request to the church?
No. The booking of tickets is strictly done through the ticketing system on our website. There is no booking of tickets through phone calls and emails.

How many tickets can I book at a time?
You will be allowed to book tickets for 1 accompanying adult and up to 5 children.

How do I cancel my booking?

You may email us at sparklight@qgb.a80.myftpupload.com at least 24 hours before the service time to cancel your booking. This allows us time to offer your ticket to the next person who wishes to attend the service.

Please note that if you do not cancel your tickets at least 24 hours before the service time, and fail to turn up for the service that you’ve booked, you will be disallowed from future bookings.

Can I still enter the centre if I am late for service?

Your ticket(s) will be forfeited, and entry will be denied if you arrive 5 minutes after the service has commenced. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes earlier to allow sufficient time for ticket verification, temperature check, check-in via SafeEntry and to drop off your children at their classes personally.
